Ring Road Rawalpindi design is prepared and has been submitted to the CM Punjab for definite endorsement. The CM Punjab has supposedly endorsed 21 billion rupees for the development of Ring Road as of now.
The Ring Road venture was started in 1991 by the RDA however because of continuous changes in governments, it couldn’t be executed in time.
Asian Development Bank (ADB) will fund Ring street Rawalpindi venture, the commonplace government has coordinated the RDA to hand over the task to the C&W office for development

The proposed arrangement of Rawalpindi Ring Road begins from Channi Bridge on G.T Road close Rawat, South-West side of Rawalpindi City and ends at Thalian Interchange of Motorway (M-2) though, two connections have additionally been proposed.

New Link=8.82 KM
Dualization of existing links=6.50 KM

- Bahria Orchard Rawalpind
